Executive Chairman
With over 35 years of experience as a founder and serial entrepreneur, David Cam brings a proven track record in identifying untapped opportunities and commercialising innovative technologies. He previously founded and served as CEO of Hydrus Technology, successfully developing and scaling the Hydrus HTX advanced wastewater treatment-as-a-service solutions that forms a cornerstone of NVRO Metal’s patented technology suite, supporting its commercialization strategy across the mining and metals sector. Under David’s leadership, the company is leveraging this proven technology to deliver profitable, scalable solutions to some of the world’s most pressing commercial and environmental challenges.

Paul McRae
Lead Independent Director
Paul McRae is a corporate director with over 40 years of experience in project and construction management across the global mining industry. He has delivered major projects on time and on budget in Canada, the United States, Australia, Spain, Chile, and Portugal, including leadership roles on De Beers’ Victor Project and Lundin Mining’s Eagle Mine. Paul has served on the boards of Southern Hemisphere Mining, Bluestone Resources, Filo Mining, McEwen Copper, and Lundin Gold, and is currently a director of Westhaven Gold, NVRO Metals, and Nexgold.

Allan Bezanson
Non-Executive Director
Allan has spent his 35-year career building and investing in high-growth companies. He previously served as Managing Director of Nowsco, President of Oballan Capital, Managing Partner of Cornerstone Capital, Director of Voxtur Analytics Corp, and CEO & Director of FCF Capital where he led major investments in Polaris Infrastructure and Founders Advantage.

Phil Creagh
General Counsel, Non-Executive Director
Phil is chairman of partners of Hamilton Locke New Zealand Limited and also serves on the advisory board of leading Cook Islands wealth solutions and asset protection-oriented trustee company. Prior to Hamilton Locke and its predecessor firm Phil served for six years on the managing board of another leading Australasian law firm. Phil has over 40 years of experience in the legal industry, and his wide expertise includes advising on major project establishment and contracting, new energy initiatives, civil litigation strategy and dispute resolution, corporate and commercial law advice, borrower side financings, and balance sheet and debt restructuring strategies and workouts.

John Brabazon
Non-Executive Director
Mr. Brabazon’s background includes 40 years in the capital markets and as a professional director. He is the former Chairman of New Zealand Mint Limited and a Director of Dairy Farms NZ Limited. He is a former Director of Auckland International Airport Limited (listed on the NZX) and New Zealand Government owned Accident Compensation Corporation, including being a former member of the NZ$50 billion ACC Investment Fund as well as its Risk Assurance and Audit Committee. Mr. Brabazon’s professional qualifications include a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Auckland, a Chartered Fellow of the Institute of Directors in New Zealand, and a Fellow of the Financial Services Institute of Australasia.

Grant Freeman
Chief Executive Officer
Grant Freeman (MBA, MFin) has more than 25 years’ experience across the mining, critical minerals and finance sectors. He previously served as CEO of Los Calatos Holding Limited, the owner of a major copper project in Peru, and as Managing Director of specialist mining investment banking groups, where he advised and led the financing of Lynas Corporation’s Mt Weld Rare Earths Project, which was recognised as Deal of the Year. The landmark transaction helped establish Australia’s leading rare earths producer and a key participant in the global critical minerals supply chain.

Royston Denysschen
Chief Operating Officer
Royston brings over 25 years of experience in international business development, metals and minerals trading, logistics and strategic growth. He has held senior leadership roles at Transamine and Manica Africa, where he successfully expanded business networks and managed large-scale operations across Africa and Australia.

Karina Nott
Chief Financial Officer & Corporate Secretary
Karina brings over 20 years of international experience in financial strategy, capital markets, and scaling high-growth technology companies. Prior to joining NVRO Metals, she served as VP, Finance at a global satellite-enabled IoT company, where she was a member of the executive team leading capital strategy, financial planning, and international expansion. Her expertise spans capital raising, financial governance, and strategic execution across growth-stage technology businesses.

Arthur Gooch
Chief Technology Officer
Arthur brings over 20 years of global experience in process plant engineering, digital modelling, and automation. Before joining NVRO Metals, he held senior innovation roles at Andritz, including Global Director of Autonomous Operations, where he led international R&D programs developing AI-enabled industrial control systems. His expertise spans process innovation, digital transformation, and advanced automation across the mining, pulp and paper, and heavy industrial sectors.

Mike Nelson
Project Manager
Mike is an experienced mining executive with technical experience as a Metallurgist and Chemical Engineer. Over his 30 year career he has worked in senior technical and managerial roles in major gold and base metal operations, including the development of international gold and copper projects. He has held senior project roles at several companies, including Barrick Gold, Teck Resources, and Gold Fields where he has led individual projects through studies into execution and overseen company Project portfolios.

Melodie Devlin-Joyal
VP Communications
Melodie has nearly 20 years’ experience in graphic design, web development, marketing and corporate communications, including more than 10 years focused on investor relations and strategic communications for public and private mining technology companies operating globally. She has supported corporate branding, investor engagement, digital strategy and market communications initiatives across the mining and metals sector. Melodie holds a BFA Honours Degree from the University of Manitoba and a Diploma in Interactive Media and Web Design from Capilano University in British Columbia.
