The NVRO Metals Hub

NVRO Metals is building a critical metals production and processing company through the strategic acquisition of Northern Territories Resources Pty Ltd in Australia’s Northern Territory, establishing the Company’s first NVRO Metals Hub.

The project combines a substantial mineral resource estimate with established processing infrastructure to support the commercialization of the NVRO Process™, creating a vertically integrated platform for critical metals recovery and processing.

The project will be the Company’s first revenue-generating operation with near-term copper cathode production, while establishing a commercial platform for NVRO’s proprietary technology and future growth opportunities.

Patented Technology. Commercial Deployment.

The NVRO Process™ is designed to recover critical, strategic, base and precious metals from mine waste and mineral feedstocks while reducing long-term environmental liabilities.

Protected by an international intellectual property portfolio comprising 22 granted patents and 2 patents pending, the technology has advanced through laboratory development, pilot testing and industrial-scale demonstration.

Supported by strategic partners including Fraser Alexander, ANDRITZ, CDM Smith and PPM Global, the Company is building a platform designed to accelerate deployment of the NVRO Process™ at commercial scale.

Recovering Critical Metals. Creating Environmental Value.

Governments and industries worldwide are seeking secure supplies of critical and strategic metals while addressing the environmental challenges associated with historical mining activities.

The NVRO Process™ is designed to recover valuable metals from mine waste and mineral residues while significantly reducing long-term environmental liabilities.

By removing acid-generating sulphides from mine waste, our process has demonstrated the potential to reduce acid mine drainage by more than 95%, helping transform historical mining liabilities into environmental and economic opportunities.

Through advanced hydrometallurgical processing, NVRO supports critical minerals recovery, remediation-led redevelopment and more sustainable resource development.
