June 18, 2026 | The independent report validates the foundation of NVRO’s processing and technology strategy and has confirmed a large polymetallic resource of approximately 77.6 million tonnes at the NVRO Metals Hub in Australia’s Northern Territory.

Many investors know NVRO as a technology company developing the proprietary NVRO Process™ to recover metals from complex mineral resources and mine waste.
What this announcement confirms is that NVRO now owns much more than a technology.

The Company has acquired a large-scale processing hub, existing infrastructure and a substantial mineral resource that can potentially provide near-term production and cash flow, a commercial demonstration site for the NVRO Process™, long-term critical minerals production and a platform to process third-party materials from around the world.

Management believes this combination of technology, infrastructure and mineral resources is what differentiates NVRO from both traditional mining companies and traditional mineral process technology developers.

The independent estimate identified approximately:

* 356,000 tonnes of copper
* 69,800 tonnes of cobalt
* 62,100 tonnes of nickel
* 1.82 million tonnes of lead
* 310,000 tonnes of zinc
* 20.9 million ounces of silver

Importantly, more than 94% of the resource is classified as Measured or Indicated, which represents a higher level of geological confidence than many development-stage projects.

The NVRO Metals Hub contains both oxide and sulphide resources.

Opportunity 1: Near-Term Production

The oxide resource is expected to support NVRO’s planned restart strategy focused on producing copper, cobalt and nickel products using existing processing infrastructure.

Management is currently targeting first production in late 2027.

Opportunity 2: Long-Term Growth

The much larger sulphide resource contains significant quantities of copper, cobalt, nickel, silver, lead and zinc.

This resource provides a long-term development opportunity and a future feedstock source for deployment of the NVRO Process™ at commercial scale.

The long-term vision for the NVRO Metals Hub extends beyond a single mine.

NVRO intends to develop the facility into a centralized processing hub capable of treating materials from multiple projects and multiple customers.

The Company believes this strategy could allow the Hub to become an important part of the global critical minerals supply chain while also providing a commercial platform for deployment of the NVRO Process™.

Over the next 12 to 18 months NVRO intends to focus on:

* Completing the acquisition process
* Finalizing engineering and restart activities
* Advancing refurbishment plans
* Progressing commercial opportunities with third-party feedstock suppliers
* Demonstrating the NVRO Process™ at commercial scale
* Advancing toward first production targeted for late 2027
