June 15, 2026 | One of the most important milestones in the development of any critical minerals project is the point at which independent industry participants are prepared to commit capital and provide a pathway to market.
Today, NVRO Metals announced a Heads of Agreement with Transamine SA, one of the world’s longest-established independent commodity trading houses, for a proposed copper cathode offtake and financing package of up to US$25 million.
While the agreement remains subject to due diligence, definitive documentation and regulatory approvals, we believe its significance extends well beyond the financing itself.
For NVRO Metals, this represents a potential pathway to market for future copper cathode production, a proposed financing structure aligned with project development and production milestones, validation from an experienced global metals trading and financing group and further advancement of the NVRO Metals Hub as a critical minerals production and processing platform.
As countries around the world focus on critical minerals security and resilient supply chains, access to processing infrastructure, logistics, financing and customers is becoming just as important as access to the underlying resource itself.
The proposed arrangement with Transamine is designed to support all four. Importantly, this is consistent with the broader strategy behind the NVRO Metals Hub.
We are not simply building a processing facility. We are building a platform intended to connect technology, infrastructure, financing, logistics and market access into a single critical minerals ecosystem capable of supporting long-term growth and accelerating the deployment of the NVRO Process™ globally.
For shareholders, partners and stakeholders, we believe this is another important step in the Company’s evolution from technology developer to an integrated critical minerals production, processing and recovery platform.
The future of critical minerals will belong to companies that can not only recover metals, but also finance, process, market and deliver them into global supply chains.
We believe the proposed relationship with Transamine is an important step toward that future.
