May 28, 2026 | The transition from EnviroGold Global to NVRO Metals is far more than a name change. It reflects the evolution of our company, our vision, and the role we believe we can play in the future of global metals supply. When EnviroGold was founded, our mission was clear: develop technologies capable of recovering value from mine waste while delivering meaningful environmental outcomes. That mission remains unchanged.
What has changed is the scale of the opportunity before us. Today, governments around the world are focused on securing resilient supply chains for the metals that underpin economic growth, national security, advanced manufacturing, artificial intelligence, clean energy, and defence. Critical minerals have become strategic assets.
The name NVRO Metals better reflects where we are heading. We are building a business focused on unlocking metals from existing resources, creating new sources of supply without the need for new mining, while simultaneously addressing some of the mining industry’s most significant environmental legacies.
Our strategy extends beyond technology alone. Through initiatives such as the proposed NVRO Strategic Metals Hub, Project Vault, and the continued development of the NVRO Process™, we are positioning the Company at the intersection of:
• Critical minerals security
• Precious metals recovery
• Environmental remediation
• Circular resource development
• Strategic processing infrastructure
As nations seek greater supply chain resilience and trusted sources of critical metals, we believe the future will favour companies capable of delivering not only access to metals, but certainty of supply, scalable processing solutions, and measurable environmental outcomes.
The world needs more metals. The world also needs better ways to produce them. That is the opportunity before NVRO Metals.
We are not simply changing our name. We are defining our place in the future global critical minerals supply chain.
